then now just home.. from walking here.. n there in orchard LOL

btw i had gain weight lOL..*laugh

i veri long time never gain weight lor since tat time i had fallen veri sick b4 i come to poly..
got some problems.. then got chicken pox lol...
then come to poly never train lOl... lazy lor
so i guess time to lose some weight LOl..
well at the same time train back le la.. i dun think my physical endurence.. is even 50 % of wat i had when i was in sec sch..
last time won't even fall sick. even if i'm lack of sleep
i think i keep over tired myself..over n over..
tat's y.. recently.. my head.. veri painful.. painful till sometime.. i dun even wan to think of my work to do lor
setting target for nafa test's 2.4 km run,
i wan to set a new record for myself of 12 min ++ la.. less than 13
my average all.. was 13 mins ++lOl
only once or twice.. with 12 .something min lor
if dun feel well will b abt 14 min to 15 min lor lOl ..
but then.. alot of times suan lor.. leg. suddenly pain.. need to slow.. down..
always use mentally to overcome >.<''
must train back mentally endurance .. Lol..
the bones part pain lol..
sometime do feel it too...
